Burlesque Beauties Dance Class
For the sassy and sensual side of every woman! This dance class is designed to create a safe and loving atmosphere for women to learn how to come into their own confident way of movement! You will sweat, laugh, have fun, and most importantly know your own value in being a beautiful and confident woman!
We lead you through a brief warm up and stretch followed with some across the floor movement then into a fun routine that we will keep adding onto throughout the 4-Week session.
You will leave this class with a glow on your face, fun times, confidence within yourself and some sexy/sensual moves you can take with you to a girls night out on the town or even at home for yourself or maybe… others:)
Please come in either bare feet, or clean, rubber-heeled shoes. (I use character dance shoes, found at local dance/ballroom shops such as limbers in karrisdale, Avalon on main or dance shop on Broadway) and of course your gym clothes. I wear yoga and dance wear from Lotus Yoga Wear!
